Wlndb's Terms and Conditions

By using the wlndb.vu website and its associated mobile application ("Platform"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between wlndb ("Company", "we") and the user ("you", "member").

Rules per member:

• Each individual may operate only one account.
• The name, date of birth, and address on your account must be accurate and genuine.
• Identity verification (KYC) may be requested at any time after registration.
• Keep your account login credentials confidential and do not share them with anyone.
• Transferring your account to a third party is strictly prohibited.

A national ID card, passport, or driving license is accepted for KYC verification. Completing KYC is mandatory before any withdrawal.

You must be 18 years of age or older to open an account and use wlndb's services. This platform is strictly off-limits to minors.

Wlndb accounts cannot be opened or services accessed in the following circumstances:

• Being under 18 years of age.
• From any country or region where online gaming or betting is prohibited by law.
• If you are an employee of wlndb or a member of their immediate family.
• If you have previously been banned from the platform.

Deposits on wlndb can be made via mobile banking, bank transfer, or debit/credit card. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposit Terms:

• Minimum deposit amounts vary depending on the selected payment method.
• Deposits will only be accepted from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Payments from third parties will not be accepted and any such deposits will be returned.
• Any unusual or suspicious payment will not be processed without verification.

Withdrawal Terms:

• KYC must be completed before any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• The verification process may take additional time.
• The Wagering Requirement must be met before any bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

Wlndb offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus comes with specific terms that must be read before claiming.

General bonus terms:

• Every bonus carries a Wagering Requirement (WR) that must be met before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.
• The wagering requirement (WR) for the welcome bonus is generally between 25x and 35x.
• If the WR is not completed within the specified time frame after claiming a bonus, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be activated at the same time.
• Accounts found engaging in fraudulent behaviour to exploit bonus offers will be terminated.

All game outcomes on wlndb are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. No person or software can interfere with these results.

• If fraud or manipulation of game results is found, all associated winnings will be voided.
• Using bots or automated software to play games is strictly prohibited.
• Intentionally disconnecting during a game to gain an advantage will result in that round being voided.
• Wlndb reserves the right to void any amount resulting from abnormal outcomes caused by a technical error.
• Any complaints regarding a game must be reported to support within 72 hours.

Wlndb's Sports Betting section covers cricket, football, and more than 20 other sports. The following terms apply to the betting section.

• Bets cannot be changed or cancelled once placed (except where a cash-out option is available).
• Odds may change at any time; the odds at the time of bet confirmation will apply.
• If a match is cancelled before kick-off, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• For abandoned or undecided events, wlndb's decision is final.
• Placing bets on different outcomes of the same event across multiple accounts (arbitrage) is prohibited.
• Maximum bet limits vary depending on the specific event and market.

Wlndb takes responsible gaming seriously. We want our members to treat gaming as a form of entertainment and never develop an unhealthy dependence on it.

• You can set a deposit limit on your account at any time.
• Once self-exclusion is activated, your account can be locked for anywhere between 24 hours and 5 years.
• Taking a cooling-off period means stepping away from gaming for a set period of time.
• Requests to reactivate an account while self-exclusion is active will not be accepted.

• Misconduct toward platform staff.

Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
